CYFLWYNIAD I MENTER MÔN
Cwmni cyfyngedig trwy warant yw Menter Môn, sef Menter Gymdeithasol a sefydlwyd yn 1995 i gyflwyno rhaglenni datblygu gwledig yr Undeb Ewropeaidd. Mae’n gwmni trydydd sector gyda bwrdd cyfarwyddwyr sy’n cynnwys y sector preifat, gwirfoddol a chymunedol.
Prif nod Menter Môn yw hwyluso adfywiad economaidd gwledig ar Ynys Môn. Er mwyn cyflawni hyn, mae Menter Môn yn cydnabod pwysigrwydd cadw a dathlu adnoddau unigryw a gwerthfawr yr ynys, o’r Gymraeg a’r Wiwer Goch i’n trefi, pentrefi ac arfordir trawiadol, heb anghofio ein pobl ifanc galluog.
CYFLWYNIAD I’R GRONFA DATBLYGU GWLEDIG 2014 – 2020 (LEADER)
Menter Môn yw’r corff arweiniol sy’n cyflwyno rhaglen LEADER 2014-2020 ar Ynys Môn.
LEADER yw Cyllid Ewropeaidd sy’n derbyn arian cyfatebol gan Lywodraeth Cymru gyda chyfraniad lleol pellach gan Ymddiriedolaeth Elusennol Ynys Môn, sy’n sicrhau bod prosiectau / peilotiau a gefnogir yn cael eu hariannu 100%.
Amcanion LEADER a Datblygiad Cymunedol Lleol yw:
- I ddefnyddio dull ‘Gwaelod i fyny’ LEADER i annog pobl i gymryd rhan mewn gwella a datblygu eu cymunedau gwledig,
- Creu ffyrdd arloesol o gryfhau gallu a hyder mewn ardaloedd gwledig i helpu i gynnal datblygiad hirdymor yng Nghymru,
- Hyrwyddo cynhwysiant cymdeithasol, lleihau tlodi, a datblygu economaidd mewn ardaloedd gwledig.
Cyflwynir yr uchod trwy’r Pum Thema canlynol yn y rhaglen LEADER: –
- Thema 1 – ychwanegu gwerth at ddiwylliant naturiol a lleol
- Thema 2 – creu grwpiau busnes a chadwyni cyflenwi byr
- Thema 3 – trosglwyddo gwasanaethau anstatudol i’r trydydd sector
- Thema 4 – ynni adnewyddadwy
- Thema 5 – digidol – busnes a chymuned
Cyflwynir y peilot TeliMôn o dan Amcanion Strategol Thema 1 – Ychwanegu Gwerth i Ddiwylliant Naturiol a Lleol.
PROSESAU CYMERADWYO LEADER (ARLOESI MÔN)
Mae Grŵp Gweithredu Lleol sy’n cynnwys cynrychiolwyr o fuddiannau economaidd-gymdeithasol lleol cyhoeddus a phreifat yn rhoi arweiniad i’r rhaglen ac yn gyfrifol am holi a chymeradwyo’r holl brosiectau neu beilotiaid terfynol. Mae’r GGLl yn cynnwys 18 aelod, 7 sector gwirfoddol, 5 sector cyhoeddus a 6 o’r sector preifat. Swyddogion thematig sy’n gyfrifol am nodi prosiectau posibl a chreu cymunedau o ddiddordeb. Os cymeradwyir cynnig, gwneir unrhyw wariant a’i reoli gan Fenter Môn.
Mae’r holl benodiadau a gwariant yn ddarostyngedig i reolau caffael Ewropeaidd.
TeliMôn
CEFNDIR
Mae TeliMôn yn sianel deledu ar-lein gymunedol ddwyieithog yn Ynys Môn, sy’n darlledu ffilmiau byr a chynnwys arall y gellir ei weld ar Facebook, Youtube, gwefan, Twitter ac yn fuan, Instagram. Ar hyn o bryd mae’n cael ei ariannu gan Menter Môn o dan y Cynllun Datblygu Gwledig cyfredol ar gyfer Cymru (rhaglen LEADER) a’i chyflenwi gan Tudur Evans Crefft Media a Dylan Evans Dyluniad.
Bydd TeliMôn yn rhannu, yn llywio ac yn hyrwyddo ein tirwedd, straeon, hanes, diwylliant ac iaith gyda phobl o bob oedran ar raddfa eang trwy gynhyrchu ffilmiau byr sy’n dal ysbryd Ynys Môn ac sy’n cynnig cyfleoedd i bobl â diddordeb mewn ffilmio, cyflwyno, actio a chyfrannu at ddatblygiad TeliMôn yn y dyfodol.
Mewn partneriaeth â Choleg Menai a phartneriaid eraill, mae TeliMôn hefyd yn cyflwyno sesiynau blasu a hyfforddiant ymarferol i bobl o bob oed
NODAU TeliMôn
Nod Menter Môn a LEADER (ARLOESI Môn) yw ychwanegu gwerth at adnoddau naturiol a bydd angen i TeliMôn ymdrin â’r Amcanion Strategol canlynol wrth gyflenwi: –
SOI – sicrhau mwy o werth economaidd i weithredwyr lleol sy’n gysylltiedig â llwybr yr arfordir – trwy farchnata a chyfeirio ar y cyd – trwy adrodd hanesion yr arfordir a’i atyniadau amgylcheddol a hanesyddol gan gynnwys ffocws ar yr AHNE
SO3 – Sicrhau mwy o gyfranogiad ac ymelwa ar farchnadoedd treftadaeth a thwristiaeth newydd a rhai sy’n bodoli eisoes mewn ardaloedd yng nghanol yr ynys – trwy edrych ar ledaeniad daearyddol da wrth ddewis ardaloedd papurau bro a cheisio cynhyrchu cynnwys ar gyfer TeliMôn, tra’n annog ymwelwyr i ardaloedd mewndirol Ynys Môn.
SO4 – Cynhyrchu mwy o gyfranogiad mewn marchnadoedd twristiaeth allan o’r tymor gan fusnesau newydd a rhai sy’n bodoli eisoes, gan weithio ar y cyd â chymuned o ddiddordeb – trwy greu cynnwys tymhorol da a thargedu’r demograffeg cywir ar gyfer annog ymweliadau y tu allan i’r tymor i ardaloedd o arwyddocâd hanesyddol ac amgylcheddol
SO5 – Cynyddu ymgysylltiad â busnesau twristiaeth a’r manteision i fusnesau twristiaeth trwy ychwanegu gwerth at ddarpariaethau cymwyseddau digidol presennol – trwy gynnwys eu busnesau mewn setiau ffilmio a straeon am sut y daethant i redeg busnes a sut y maent yn cynnwys eu cwsmeriaid a’u cymuned leol a trwy weithio gyda’r ‘Papurau Bro’ i fod yn ddwyieithog a chofleidio’r oes ddigidol.
SO7 – I godi a harneisio’r defnydd o’r iaith Gymraeg trwy ddyfnhau gwerthfawrogiad a gwybodaeth am ei harwyddocâd ehangach – trwy ddefnyddio ymadroddion Cymraeg, defnyddio cerddoriaeth Gymreig, cyfeirio twristiaid i leoedd o ddiddordeb a phwysigrwydd i’r iaith a’r diwylliant ar yr ynys a chynhyrchu dwyieithog ar gyfer TeliMôn ac annog busnesau ac aelodau’r gymuned i ddefnyddio TeliMôn fel offeryn i gynyddu’r defnydd o’r iaith er mwyn gwerthu eu busnesau ac atyniadau.
SO8 – Sicrhau bod y Gymraeg yn cael ei chlywed a’i gweld yn y gymuned ac yn y gweithle – trwy gynnwys deallus ar gyfer TeliMôn.
SO9 – SO 29 – Mae TeliMôn yn cyfrannu at yr holl Amcanion strategol o dan y strategaeth ddatblygu leol, oherwydd gall a bydd yn creu cynnwys sy’n gysylltiedig â phob thema LEADER, ac mae’n offeryn defnyddiol i farchnata nid yn unig weithgareddau, ond hefyd y GGLl, ei aelodau a’i sefydliadau.
MANYLION Y CONTRACT
Mae Menter Môn yn dymuno caffael gweinyddwr i ddarparu cefnogaeth Gweinyddu Busnes Dwyieithog i TeliMôn / Crefft Media.
Dylai’r Gweinyddwr fod yn drefnus iawn ac yn gallu gwneud aml-dasgau yn rhwydd; mae’r tasgau yn cynnwys:
- Sefydlu systemau busnes hanfodol
- Archebu cyfarfodydd
- Cynhyrchu cofnodion cyfarfodydd Bwrdd
- Diweddaru ffilm ac atodlenni eraill
- Cadw cofnodion ar daenlenni
- Cynnal cronfeydd data mewnol
- Trefnu taliadau a chadw data cywir
- Cadw cofnodion contractwyr (ffisegol a digidol) gan sicrhau bod pob contractwr yn derbyn a chwblhau’r deunyddiau cytundebol perthnasol a chydlynu’r holl weithgareddau gweinyddol dyddiol.
- Cynnal system ffeilio ar gyfer data ar gwsmeriaid a phartneriaid allanol
- Trefnu, storio ac argraffu dogfennau cwmni yn ôl yr angen
- Ateb ac ailgyfeirio galwadau ffôn
- Ymdrin â chwestiynau
Bydd gan ein hymgeisydd delfrydol brofiad fel Gweinyddwr Swyddfa, Ysgrifennydd neu rôl weinyddol berthnasol mewn cymorth busnes. Dylech fod yn gyfarwydd â meddalwedd swyddfa (e.e. MS Office), gan gynnwys proseswyr geiriau, taenlenni a chyflwyniadau.

Short brief for TeliMôn pilot - Business Administrator
INTRODUCTION TO MENTER MÔN
Menter Mon is a company limited by guarantee, a Social Enterprise, established in 1995 to deliver EU rural development programmes. It is a third sector company with a board of directors made up of the private, voluntary and community sector.
Menter Môn’s primary aim is to facilitate rural economic regeneration on Anglesey. In order to achieve this Menter Môn recognises the importance of preserving and celebrating the islands unique and valuable resources, from the Welsh language and Red Squirrel, to our towns, villages and stunning coastline not forgetting our able young people.
INTRODUCTION TO THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT FUND 2014 – 2020 (LEADER)
Menter Môn are the lead body in the delivery of the LEADER programme 2014 – 2020 on Anglesey.
LEADER is European Funding matched by Welsh Government with a further local contribution by the Anglesey Charitable Trust which ensures that supported projects/pilots are 100% financially supported.
The objectives of LEADER and Local Community Development are:
- To use the LEADER ‘Bottom Up’ approach to encourage people to become involved in improving and developing their rural communities,
- To generate innovative ways of strengthening the capability of and confidence in rural areas to help sustain long-term development in Wales,
- To promote social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas.
The above are delivered via the following Five Themes within the LEADER programme:-
- Theme 1 – adding value to natural and local culture
- Theme 2 – creating business groups and short supply chains
- Theme 3 – transfer of non-statutory services to the third sector
- Theme 4 – renewable energy
- Theme 5 – digital – business and community
The TeliMôn pilot is delivered under the Strategic Objectives for Theme 1 – Adding Value to Natural and Local Culture.
LEADER (ARLOESI MÔN) APPROVAL PROCESSES
A Local Action Group composed of representatives of public, private local socio-economic interests provide direction for the programme and are responsible for interrogating and final approvals of all projects or pilots. The LAG consists of 18 members, 7 voluntary, 5 public and 6 from the private sector. Thematic officers are responsible for identifying potential projects and creating communities of interest. If a proposal is approved, any expenditure is undertaken and managed by Menter Môn.
All appointments and expenditure are subject to European rules of procurement.
TELIMÔN
BACKGROUND
TeliMôn is an Anglesey based bilingual, community on-line TV channel which broadcasts short films and other content which can be seen on Facbook, Youtube, Website, Twitter and soon Instagram. Currently being funded by Menter Môn under the current Rural Development Plan for Wales (LEADER programme) and delivered by Tudur Evans Crefft Media and Dylan Evans Dyluniad.
TeliMôn will share, inform and promote our landscape, stories, history, culture and language with people of all ages on a wide scale by producing short films which capture the spirit of Anglesey and offering opportunities to interested people to film, present, act and contribute to TeliMôn’s future development.
TeliMôn also in partnership with Coleg Menai and other partners delivers taster sessions and practical training for people of all ages.
TeliMôn AIMS
Menter Môn and LEADER (ARLOESI Môn) aims to add value to natural resources and TeliMôn will need to address the following Strategic Objectives in its delivery:-
SOI – securing greater economic value for local operators linked to the coast path – by joint marketing and signposting – by telling stories of the coast and its environmental and historical attractions including a focus on the AONB
SO3 – Engender greater participation and exploitation of new and existing heritage and tourism markets in central island areas – by looking at a good geographical spread when choosing papurau bro areas and looking to produce content for TeliMon whilst encouraging visitors to the inland areas of Anglesey.
SO4 – Generate greater participation in off season tourism markets by new and existing businesses working in conjunction with a community of interest – by creating good seasonal content and targeting the correct demographic for encouraging visits out of season to areas of historical and environmental significance
SO5 – Increase engagement with, participation by and benefit to tourism businesses by adding value to existing digital application provisions – by including their businesses in filming sets and life stories of how they came to run a business and how they involve their customers and local community and by working with the ‘Papurau Bro’ in becoming bilingual and embracing the digital age.
SO7 – To Elevate and harness the use of the Welsh language by deepening appreciation and knowledge of its wider significance – by using Welsh phrases, using Welsh music, sign posting tourists to place of interest and importance to the language and culture on the island and producing bi-lingual content for TeliMon and encouraging businesses and members of the community to use TeliMon as a tool to increase the use of the language to sell their businesses and attractions.
SO8 – To ensure the Welsh language is heard and seen in the community and in the workplace – by intelligent content for TeliMon.
SO9 – SO 29 – TeliMon contributes to all the strategic Objectives under the local development strategy as it can and will create content linked to all the LEADER themes and is a useful tool to market not only activity but also the LAG, its members and organisations.
CONTRACT DETAILS
Menter Môn wish to procure an administer to provide Business Admin support to TeliMôn/Crefft Media.
The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease, tasks include
- Setting up essential business systems
- Booking meetings
- Producing minutes of Board meetings
- Updating film and other schedules
- Keeping records on spreadsheets
- Maintaining internal databases
- Organise payments and keeping correct data
- Keep contractor records (physical and digital) ensuring all contractors receive and complete relevant contractual materials and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Handle queries
Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role in business support. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.
Contract Period
6 months from January 2019 (efforts will be made to secure longer contract)
Salary/self-employed contract – £6,000
